Kate McKiernan holds an bachelor of science degree biology from the University of Iowa. Before switching careers, she completed graduate coursework in Cellular and Molecular Biology at San Diego State University. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at San Diego State University in Rhetoric and Writing Studies, with a concentration in Professional Writing.
Currently, Ms. McKiernan works as a medical writer/editor, and primarily works with FDA submissions. She also works as a freelance professional writer and editor.
When not working or studying, Ms. McKiernan enjoys photography, cooking, and reading.
